Mindfulness skills for you and your community.
Warmly welcome to take the journey with mindfulness practice! I will happily offer you guidance, teaching and mentoring on your path, based on your unique goals and needs.
As much as mindfulness is about mind, it is about heart. We can learn to allow ourselves to be receptive, open and accepting. When the heart is open, we can truly be here for ourselves and others. We can be present. Openheartedness and sustained attention are the keys to mindfulness. You already have all what it takes to develop these qualities.
