2. Make a list of things you do every day.
3. Compare the lists.
4. Adjust accordingly.

.. and sometimes we can just direct our attention toward noticing what awakens our gratitude. Right now, I feel immense gratitude for so many beings just being. People. Animals. Nature. Yellow. Flowers. Birds. Dogs. Cats. Coffee. Rain. Then there is the doing. Writing. Walking. Studying. Teaching. Sharing. Reading. Listening to the birds. To people. To wind. To rain.
